My dad left to go home to Iowa today. This means that I’ll have a no cheat day today, for the first time in several.

Breakfast:
[9:00]
one egg + one small onion + mushrooms and 2 turkey sausage links
coffee + almond milk

Lunch:
[12:30]
a few pieces of turkey jerky
some sweet potato chips from Trader Joe’s made with sunflower oil (Sooo good.)

Snack:
[3:30]
some pork rinds
a handful of grapes
one hard boiled egg

Dinner:
[7:00]
one hard boiled egg
about 10 strawberries
a handful of uncounted almonds (which means a lot probably)

and SNACK:
3 Paleo Fig Cookies!!
