Breakfast:
[10:00]
one egg + a small onion, some green pepper, and some mushrooms
coffee + almond milk

Lunch:
[1:00]
half a grilled chicken breast + brussels + bacon

Dinner:
[6:00]
small filet, a couple scallops, and a couple shrimp + wilty spinach and some steamed green beans
some Yuengling Porter

WOD: Oly practice this early morning, cleans and jerks. Focused on the shrug and keeping the bar close in the clean; worked on making a smaller pop and a deeper drop in the jerk.
