Breakfast:

one banana
coffee + almond milk

Snack:

Lunch:

two small apples w almond butter, raisins, and chopped pecans
one hard boiled egg

Snack:

one egg scrambled w mushrooms and spinach and two links of turkey sausage
[Ate this and watched a little bit of Dr. Oz. That guy’s show is one big commercial.]

Snack:

pumpkin seeds

Dinner:
[8:00]
Pittsburgh steak salad from Mexitaly
(steak, iceberg, purple onion, tomato, and vinaigrette)

Snack:
[10:00]
about 10 grapes

WOD:
200 mountain climbers, 20 double-unders; 150 mountain climbers, 40 double-unders; 100 mountain climbers, 60 double-unders; 50 mountain climbers, 80 double-unders. Then some L-sit work, a couple of handstand push-ups, and 50 GHDs.
