Breakfast:
[7:30]
three yam and apple pancakes
coffee + almond milk

Lunch:

one apple + 3 stalks of celery + 1 tbsp of almond butter and 20 raisins

Snack:
[5:30]
one hard boiled egg, one avocado, 10 green olives, a little mustard and a little mayo

Dinner:
[8:00]
enormous prime rib and sweet potato fries @ The Cove

WOD: 12.5 AMRAP in 7 minutes 3 thrusters @ 65#, 3 chest-to-bar pull-ups, with rounds increasing by three. I completed 35 repetitions. My last set of chest-to-bars — the 9s — were impossible. I got no-repped at least 4 or 5 times. I just could not get high enough, so I was only at to 8 when time ran out.

THEN: about 1 hour worth of hiking at Nixon park.
