brian’s paleo coconut shrimp

ingredients:
10 shrimp (about 1/2 lb of 16-20s), peeled and deveined
1 egg, beaten for a wash
3 tbsp coconut flakes and 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes, combined in a bowl
1-2 tbsp olive oil

heat the oil on medium-high heat
dredge the shrimp in the egg wash, and then coat each with coconut/red pepper flake mix
fry in oil for a couple minutes each side, until golden brown

don’t forget to take a picture before you devour them.
