Breakfast:
[8:30]
one egg with 4ozs leftover T-bone sauteed w mushrooms and onions
coffee + almond milk

Snack:
[10:00]
sweet potato bar

Lunch:
[12:30]
chicken salad made with leftover barbeque chicken (skin removed) and chopped onion, apple, radish, grape, and celery + small dollop of Hellmans

Snack:
[2:00]
pumpkin seeds

Snack:
[4:30]
3 paleo chocolate chip cookies, made with 90% Lindt and half raw honey, half amber agave

Dinner:
[7:30]
chicken salad

No WOD. “Played” tennis with Joshua at the campus courts for about 45 minutes (which involves me chasing his constant errant returns); also raked and seeded the backyard.
