Today I took a break. Totally worth it.
one egg w mushrooms, onions, and red peppers + two turkey sausages and 2 pieces of bacon
sweet potato “bar” — not calling them brownies anymore, because they’re not really a sweet treat as much as a bar of fruit and vegetable mash.
trail mix with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, cashews, raisins, and dried cranberries
grilled chicken salad (iceberg, purple cabbage, carrots + balsamic vinegar)

Hey, it’s Saint Patrick’s day. And we did yard work all day, which means I get a beer.

two handfuls of popcorn and one small chunk of hazelnut chocolate. It had to be done.
No WOD today; rest. But Brian and I tore out a huge patch of that horrible coverage ivy from our back yard, and we turned the soil for the perennial spice garden I’m planning.
