Breakfast:
[8:00]
one turkey sausage, 3 slices of bacon, and one egg
coffee + almond milk

Lunch:
[12:30]
Raw Revolution Bar (Rasberry)
20 cashews
some vegie chips

Snack:
[4:30]
half a large apple + 2 celery sticks with a spoonful of almond butter and SPRINKLED WITH COCONUT FLAKES
tea + coconut milk (bought a different brand at Wegman’s and it’s not as gritty/fatty as the stuff I’ve been using)

Dinner:
[6:30]
leftover Sweet Potato Cottage Pie

Snack:
[9:30]
brussles cooked in some bacon grease
10 almonds
3 dates

No WOD; rest.
