day twenty-nine

Mondays are ridiculously busy; thus, my matching breakfast and lunch today.

breakfast:
[7:30]
three sticks of celery and one apple “salad” (chopped with a spoon of almond butter)
one hard-boiled egg
tea + almond milk

lunch:
[12:30]
three sticks of celery and one apple “salad” (chopped with a spoon of almond butter)
one hard-boiled egg

snack:
[4:00]
handful of almonds and raisins
bowl of leftover chicken vegetable soup

dinner:
[6:30]
leftover grilled chicken breast sliced and tossed with balsamic vinegar

snack:
[9:00]
pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds

WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 17 minutes: 5 pull-ups, 10 box jumps, 15 sumo dead lift high pulls. At the beginning of every minute, stop and do 5 burpees. I finished 5 rounds. The addition of the burpees to the workout made this one particularly intense. I really enjoyed it.
