day twenty-seven

Busy weekend, marked by my first overt cheat: I drank a cocktail. Bring on the burpees. (Note: I’m posting this from my phone, so forgive typos.)

Breakfast:
[8:30]
two eggs scrambled with spinach, red pepper, and onion
four slices of bacon

Lunch:
[12:30]
leftover chicken vegetable soup
Raw Revolution bar (coconut)

Grading papers snack:
[3:30]
almonds, cashews, raisins, and dates

Dinner:
parsnip soup (recipe forthcoming)
about 10 olives
carrots and celery with avjar
an old-fashioned (cocktail with bourbon)

No WOD; rest.
