day eighteen

Breakfast:
[7:30]
three small yam and pear pancakes
tea + almond milk

Lunch:
[11:30]
two small yam and pear pancakes
small handful of dried cherries and almonds (on the go — had run to the DMV to renew my license)

Snack:
[1:30]
cashews and raisins (I had to buy some more. I love raisins. Sorry Kels.)

Dinner:
[6:00]
Pittsburgh Steak Salad from Mexitaly. I ordered the fries and cheese on the side and let the kids eat them. What was left was sliced grilled steak, romaine lettuce, red onion, tomato, cucumber, and some delicious simple vinaigrette.

Snack:
[6:30]
A few brussels sprouts cooked in bacon grease. I feel dumb for not realizing to cook those damn things in bacon yet… because they’re really good. And now I’m almost out.
Cashews and almonds.

No WOD today… resting up for the Valentine’s Day Throwdown at CrossFit Hershey.
