day two

Yesterday: fatigue. I will blame it my spending a good part of the day in meetings and at the office. I should probably be eating more, I know, so I’ll have to plan ahead better.

Breakfast:
[7:30]
3 yam and apple pancakes
tea

Lunch:
[1:00]
3 more yam and apple pancakes
handful of dried vegetables

Snack:
[3:30]
Honeycrisp apple as big as my head
more dried vegetables

Dinner:
[5:30]
Pork chop, brussels sprouts, broccoli, applesauce

WOD:
30 of each: GHD sit-ups, GHD hip extensions, ring dips, burpees, pull-ups, double-unders, mountain climbers. [time: 18-something]

  1. Sounds like a fun challenge and the food are nutritious, so win-win no matter the end result. Would you post recipes for those of us in a cooking rut? Like Yam/apple pancakes?
